Q: Can I change the name on my order?
A: Yes, Sound Rink is able to assist its customers with a name change only if the show they're attending is at least two weeks from occurring. This will ensure that everyone involved is made aware of the name change in a timely manner. We ask that you email: email@example.com with the name change request. To better assist you, please include the following information in your email:
1. The name your order would be under AND the name you want the order changed to
2. The ticket or VIP package that was purchased
3. The date of the show you're attending
Once your email has been received, we will answer back promptly. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
**As of 2016, Sound Rink cannot make any names changes for purchases placed for the artists Brand New or The Front Bottoms. Sound Rink also reserves the right to refuse any name changes, for any reason, not otherwise stated on our website. No exceptions**
