Q: Can you resend my confirmation email?
A: If you've made a purchase through Sound Rink and did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order with us, please email: email@example.com. To better assist you, we ask that you include the following information in your email:
1. The name your order would be under
2. The ticket or VIP package that was purchased
3. The date of the show you're attending
Once we receive your email, we will answer back promptly. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
